"Definitely don't recommend. This company has made it almost impossible to get home owners insurance while buying a home. Cam never responds to calls or messages. Apparently you aren't allowed too make inquiries because then it's automatically a claim. They screw people and then don't give them the help they need to fix the problem. Problem is within the company yet the company can't fix the problem. Make it make sense? You take my money every single month yet can't help us! Edit: we can agree to disagree. No one said Erin was a bad team member. She in fact seems to be the only person trying to help."
"Really sorry to hear you have had a bad experience. However, I know for a fact the team has offered alternate solutions to try and help you. And yes it is not fair that if you call claims and speak with them that it opens a claim. But it sounds like your problem is with insurance in general and how that process works. Cam is a great team member and I will apologize that he didn't get back to you sooner. But he is very good at his job. After discussing your situation with him and Erin they did everything in their power they could. Cam explained to you what was happening and why it was effecting you. Then Erin gave you the solutions that are currently available. I agree it is not fair how this situation has negatively effected you but you must realize that my local office or my team has nothing to do with how insurance laws are written. You can call the Ohio Department of Insurance and complain to them that you putting an inquiry in is preventing you from getting a home. But we do not control that and I will not agree with you that Cam or any other team member did not try to help you on that. Once again I am sorry that you are having trouble with your new purchase. If you would like our help with finding a new provider we will be happy to refer you to other local companies in the area. Have a good night. "
