"Their claim process should be illegal because it’s definitely unethical and immoral. Offered me $3200 to fix $9000 of damage caused by their insured. I was also a State Farm customer but not after today! Ridiculous for the need to involve attorneys over a simple auto claim but that’s what it takes if you want your claim handled fairly with them. Google it if you don’t believe me!"
