Welcome to the Beau Dailey State Farm office located in Batavia, OH!

Helping people protect what matters most has always been a part of my mission, even before I opened my own insurance agency. My grandfather was a State Farm agent for 32 years in Chillicothe, Ohio, and I saw firsthand the impact he had on the people and families he served. That legacy stuck with me. I later worked as an aspirant and team member for another agent, where I also saw how strong leadership and genuine care can truly change team members’ lives. Those experiences combined are why I do what I do today.

I began working in insurance as a team member in 2018, gaining hands-on experience learning how to properly support customers and run an agency the right way. In December of 2020, I opened our office here in Batavia, OH, and we’ve proudly served Batavia, Williamsburg, Mt. Orab, and surrounding communities throughout Clermont County and Brown County ever since. We focus on real conversations, honest guidance, and building a Personal Price Plan® that fits your life — not a one-size-fits-all approach.

I try not to be like every other State Farm agent, and you’ll feel that the moment you step into our office! We keep music playing, the atmosphere relaxed, and the conversations real. Our core values are simple: be authentically you, be transparent, and think positive thoughts. Whether you’re stopping by after grabbing food at the Wings Bar and Grill in our strip center or heading to the driving range behind the office, we want our space to feel approachable and welcoming.

My team is licensed across the lines of business we offer and licensed to serve customers in Ohio and Kentucky. Our office has been recognized for meeting Honor Club and Ambassador Club goals, reflecting our commitment to consistency, service, and doing right by our customers.

Outside of the office, family is everything to me. My wife and I have two young sons (ages five and two), three dogs — two big dogs and one little one — and a cat. I love coaching my kids’ teams and staying active as a family through baseball, basketball, football, disc golf, pickleball, fishing, camping, swimming, hiking, and just about anything outdoors. I’m also active in our local church. When I’m not doing any of that, you might find me in the kitchen experimenting with flavors — I like to call myself “Chef Beau’rdee”.
